Finders Keepers: Essentials of Safer Storage

by: Terry Kwan and Juliana Texley

It takes a lot of “stuff” to conduct a middle school science program. Middle school science teachers look enviously at their peers in the English department who neatly carry everything they need for class in a single tote bag. The science teacher, on the other hand, is always loaded down with supplies. But saving things also requires a lot of storage. This situation requires being conscious of storage issues and the potential hazards if supplies are not safely and securely stored. This chapter provides the essentials of safer storage.
