The authors explain the procedure they experienced in a professional development setting that required them to develop and carry out a project based learning activity that used the environment as a platform. Although the activity could be implemented in the classroom, many teachers would struggle with the open-endedness of the activity as described in the article. Very little information is given that would allow a teacher to easily incorporate the activity into their class. Unfortunately, the link to the Envision project no longer appears valid, making it difficult to get additional information.
