Age-appropriate Astronomy

Most students love all things celestial: space, stars, rockets, and more—many preschoolers can even recite planet names accurately in preschool, but resources and explanations are often abstract and geared for upper elementary, not young students. What’s the best way to introduce space science to young children in an age-appropriate way? Science and Children is exploring this them in September 2008, but we want to hear your comments on the issue before then!
